Guidelines for E - Poster Presentation
  1. Presenter (Author and Co-Authors) must be registered for the 13th Biennial conference of ISMR 2020, Pune.
  2. All the poster presentations are categorized as Original research, Case report & Review.
    Upload the abstract details by logging into the E-Poster Presentation.
    The communication for acceptance of the abstract will be sent via email to the author.
  3. Preference will be given to submissions following the central theme of the conference: Reunite to Reconstruct and Rehabilitate.
  4. The structured abstract should not exceed 250 words excluding the Title and References. The abstract headings should be as follows:
    1. For original and secondary research: Background, methods, Results, Conclusions.
    2. Case reports: Background, Case report, Conclusion.
    3. Reviews: Background, Summary, Conclusion.
  5. Name, last name and title, Institution, City and contact details of authors shall be stated clearly in the abstract.
  6. No tables, charts, or graphs shall be included in the abstract.
  7. The abstract should not have been submitted or accepted at any other state, national or international scientific meeting.
  8. Abstracts of unfinished research will not be accepted.
  9. Plagiarism will be monitored and will not be accepted.
  10. The title should summarise the research aim and be limited to 10 words.
  11. No names of the author or co-authors and guiding staff or HOD or college name should be mentioned on the poster. Mention of any such names would amount to disqualification of the poster.
  12. Posters should be understandable to the viewer without verbal explanation. It should have a clear structure and layout with minimum amount of text. Presentations should be in one ppt slide (Microsoft PowerPoint). The Page setup / size is: 16:9, 1080 resolution, Max size 10Mb, PDF format (Windows version). Orientation: Landscape mode. Do not use slide transitions / custom animations / movie or sound links in the ppt.
  13. At least one author should be present at the time of presentation.
  14. Last date for submission of abstract is 15th June 2020 by midnight Indian Standard Time.
  15. Selected authors will be informed to upload the final poster as per guidelines by 18th Aug 2020 midnight Indian Standard Time.
  16. Carry the soft copy in CD or USB drive as a backup in case of technical issues.
  17. Certificates of presentations will be provided to all the authors & co-authors who have registered for the ISMR-IPS conference.
  18. The decision of the scientific committee is final and binding in all situations.
